I had issues with my WPA2 keys in 9.10. Could not get my router to accept my password. I downgraded back to 9.04 were everything works flawless.

You should have just tried the WICD package, which replaced Network Manager quite well.

This is a VERY widespread problem. WPA is really screwed up in 9.10.
