AFAIK, Web Wormhole is the only one of those tools that can be used both as a command-line tool and from a browser. It looks like the site is down at the moment though.

There exists winden.app which is a magic wormhole webapp. They use their own mailbox and relay so you need to use the right options in the wormhole CLI.
