The E. Coli is in the flour, not the eggs.

Also the eggs are only there for when you're going to bake, they serve no binding purpose if kept raw, so you can skip them.


My favorite, Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough ice cream, and other cookie-dough ice creams made from fresh, honest ingredients, seem safe to me.

This advice is directed at people who make the stuff at home and do a lot of unsafe things at once.


So you're telling me CDC doesn't stand for Cookie Dough Company?
