In context of the discussion of this thread, which is about trading, NASDAQ is all about gambling funds too. Doesn't matter whether it is regulated or not.

The regulation leads to a more stable market more free of outright scams though.

If you trade on ftx you're trading next to blatant rug pulls. That doesn't make a difference for you?
