Not providing limited public services to individuals that have other options is the sort of discrimination demanded by taxpayers. Taxing the nearly 2/3 of taxpayers without a degree to fund the housing of university students doesn't seem egalitarian.

Sounds like investing in upskilling the next generation to me.
