You are (like us) most likely too small. Unless you are buying 1,000 machines at a time you don't get there :( Waiting one more quarter for AMD servers to arrive from the major vendors is a good idea. But if your spend is in the millions then you can probably get the contracts (if needed for budget rules) and test systems now, especially if you ask the cluster builders.
