True. Mostly anywhere in Louisiana, Arkansas, many parts of Texas, and probably all of Alabama and Mississippi. I also don't see large racial issues in my community with the exception being what happened in Baton Rouge last year. Something the South is historically bad at is education. I think we have the 5 lowest scoring states.
