FYI, Bitcoin proponents seem to "forget" that Lightning transactions are traceable by the Lightning node operator, whomever that might be.

You can operate your own node (I do). Plus you are not up2date. Trampoline payments were recently introduced, and a client can insert several trampolines. So even if you use a hosted single upstream node, that node can not trace the target. BOLT12 which is currently finalized also hides recipients from invoices.

The thing about layer 2 solutions is, they evolve much faster than the base layer (bitcoin). So dont trust statements that are some years old.

No; source?

Not a fan of the new boot animation, the old one was way better.

Why must everyone feel the need to change things for change's sake?

I might have experienced the same. It spun and spun after connecting to the WiFi on an Intel NUC 13.

Comments moved thither. Thanks!

It works perfectly on the new Dell XPS 14.

People should be taught how to adjust their mirrors properly so that they do not have a blindspot.

If a car is designed so that no amount of adjusting can get rid of the blindspot, then that car should be illegal (Chevy Malibu).

I don't believe that is possible. If it were possible, it wouldn't be called a blindspot. Of course a mirror should be well adjusted, but I don't see how it substitutes for checking the blindspot. Try it in a driving test; you will fail the test.

I literally have no blindspot in my vehicle, my parents' vehicles, or the vehicles I have rented except the Chevy Malibu.

When the mirrors are positioned properly, other cars transition from the side window, to the side mirror, to the rear mirror.

There is literally no spot that a vehicle or person standing in the next lane, is not visible.

It's good enough for health insurance fraud.

Edit: does someone not realize that many (all?) the doctors and hospitals use to verify you is your name and date of birth (in the U.S. - although I suppose that's why since this breach happened elsewhere)?
